Pre-launch waitlist

CyberPath AI is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist is free of charge and creates no purchase obligation. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing contact@cyberpathai.app or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

No specific public launch date is guaranteed. Features described on this site reflect our current product direction and may evolve before launch. If we materially change our offering, we will communicate that to waitlist members.

Founding member pricing

References to "founding member pricing" describe a discounted tier we intend to offer waitlist members at the time of public launch. The exact price, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms will be communicated to waitlist members before any charge is made.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or its forms to submit malicious, fraudulent, or automated content, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

Intellectual property

The CyberPath AI name, logo, copy, and visual identity on this site are the property of CyberPath AI Ltd. You may share links to this site freely, but you may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

This site is provided "as is" during the pre-launch period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberPath AI Ltd disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
